Christmas spirits after a long hiatus

We have been gone for some time.. other events sadly took precedent, such as the death of a parent.. COVID cases... hospitalization of another parent.. and hospitalization of a younger member of the family. We are .. back.. back-ish?  We will try.. Front Page Aliens still exists.. you just have to get us at the right 'sighting'..  x x x  I try gauging the mood of the holidays by how happy or not happy my own son is.. Now ten years into life, his belief in Santa is waning–or has waned. At times it feels he is playing along with adults and ponders to himself, “they can’t really believe this, can they?” Before bed for the past few nights, Ayden’s normally talkative demeanor in an attempt to say away just a little bit longer has been pushed aside. Instead he seems to be a more pensive, thoughtful, and even concerned young man.. For two nights now, Ayden told me this before dozing off: Something is missing. When pressed for more information, he simply responded he doesn’t kno...

Delta surge party zone: DJ deletes photos by request but a few of Obama maskless dancing were on display

Some more angry and somewhere outraged and some will just use this for political advantage. Former President Barack Obama celebrated his 60th birthday with a celebrity fueled crowd, mask list dancing and no social distancing.  There’s even word that environmentally safe John Carrie arrived on his gas guzzling private jet.. But what makes matters a bit more troubling politically, and also just terrible in the optics category, is this: Rapper Trap Beckham and manager TJ Chapman discreetly snapped pics of the event’s high-end food, drink and swag offerings and talked to their followers as the party unfolded, according to screenshots of the posts, which were later deleted under the event’s photography ban. Gold napkins, masks and backstage passes were emblazoned with 44X60, a reference to the 44th president’s 60th birthday, and bathroom amenities included antiperspirant wipes, a lint roller and Advil, according to the pictures. As usual TMZ had the scoop  about residents ange...

DRAMA IN THE SKIES: What is with recent curious military missions?

Just hours ago, Joseph Trevithick reported this on THE DRIVE: CURIOUS MISSION FLOWN OVER THE BALTIC SEA BY US AIR FORCE NUKE SNIFFING PLANE... The headline should raise as many eyebrows as a Cold War numbers station! What was the mission for?  This was the report: The U.S. Air Force's lone WC-135W Constant Phoenix "nuke sniffer" aircraft flew an unusual mission over the Baltic Sea today. This plane is typically used to collect air samples to monitor for spikes in radiation levels in the atmosphere, but can also be employed after nuclear weapon tests and atomic accidents to help glean more information about those events and track the potential spread of dangerous radioactive material. The WC-135W, which has the serial number 61-2667, carried out the flight, using the callsign Jake 21, from RAF Mildenhall in the United Kingdom, according to flight tracking data from ADS-B Exchange . Constant Phoenix aircraft have regularly used Mildenhall, which also routinely supports...

LA TIMES REVEALS: FOLLOW UP ON THE MURDER OF TIKTOK STAR DURING 'FOREVER PURGE'

The tragic and horrific shooting of Anthony Barajas and his girlfriend at a Corona California movie theater led to a worldwide outpouring of grief for the TikTok star.. The couple were murdered execution style during the film FOREVER PURGE.. Now more chilling details about the night of the killing on July 26 are being revealed with reporting from the LA TIMES: Corona Det. Jason Goudy said six people were in the audience for the 9:35 p.m. movie. Jimenez, 20, was watching the movie with three friends. He left halfway through, returning with a bag and informing them that he had a “strap,” according to the warrant. The friends told investigators that they believed Jimenez, who was mumbling and talking to himself, had brought a gun into the theater. They told him they needed to use the bathroom, then left the theater, the warrant said. That left only Barajas and Goodrich inside with Jimenez. Jimenez’s friends were still in the parking lot when they saw him “run outside the theater and ...

The day after tomorrow revisited

Art Bell and Whitley Strieber both appeared on the NBC Today Show 21 years ago to talk about their joint collaborative book: THE COMING GLOBAL SUPERSTORM.. In their project, both foretold of a world where the global weather patterns would be thrown into chaos.. where the Gulf Stream would shut down because of rampant global warming..  And ironically how all of this warming and changing could throw the planet back into an ice age of epic proportions. Matt Lauer--where is he now again??--grilled the two and did his best to label the whole concept pseudo science: A few years later the concept was put into practice by Hollywood with the release of the film THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW. The coming global superstorm turned into box office profits with the Statue of Liberty being flooded and then frozen in dramatic CGI effects for the time in 2004. x x x  But experts always knew that alarming things could happen if the Gulf Stream stopped. Weather around the planet would be in utter ...

FIRES RAGE IN GREECE AND TURKEY; PEOPLE FLEE BY BOAT AND LAND

Wildfires are raging through Greece and Turkey, forcing thousands to flee, and killing a volunteer firefighter on the fringes of Athens in a huge forest blaze that threatened the Greek capital’s most important national park. Eight people have died in Turkey’s blazes, described as the worst in decades, that swept through parts of the southern coast for the past 10 days. Greece has suffered from record heat, and the Civil Protection chief Nikos Hardalias said firefighters faced “exceptionally dangerous, unprecedented conditions” as they battled 154 wildfires Friday, with 64 still burning into the night. Flames swept through a residential town outside Athens overnight as wildfires burned across Greece for a fifth day, and hundreds of people were evacuated by ferry from the island of Evia east of the capital https://t.co/gHkg9p5OMb pic.twitter.com/GCL6hK4wYI — Reuters (@Reuters) August 7, 2021 These are armageddon style images on a developing and devastating situation ..
