Fire crews are examining the the rubble of a massive house explosion that rocked a Pottstown, PA. The city is in Montgomery County, near Philadelphia.. at least four are being reported dead.
It happened just after 8 p.m. Thursday near the area of Hale and Butler streets in Pottstown.
"We went running down the street and a house was completely destroyed," one neighbor told Action News 6 in Philadelphia, an ABC affiliate.
Pottstown Borough Manager Justin Keller confirmed two people were hospitalized for unknown injuries and two others may still be missing.
ATF, Pennsylvania State Police, the fire marshal's office, and the Red Cross also arrived to the scene Thursday night.
Crews were still blasting water on the explosion site early Friday morning.
