The mid Atlantic becomes tornado alley! Faulkner dealership in Trevose decimated

We can begin calling the mid Atlantic tornado alley!

remember the old days when a tornado would be a rare event, some thing that would be front-page news because of this year oddity of a tornado in Appalachia? Anymore it would seem that just about every storm produces the possibility of not only severe weather but also intense straight line winds or even tornadoes.

such was the case yesterday in Trevose Pennsylvania, with a car dealership being the significant victim. There are at least 4 to 5 injuries, but no deaths thankfully have been reported...

The Faulkner dealership has been decimated, with some commenting that it looks like a bomb went off...

There were other significant potential tornadoes, one near Lebanon Pennsylvania. There was another report of rotation or six flags in New Jersey, and tremendously bad weather that move through Bucks County and Montgomery county Pennsylvania.

Just to show one more reminder of how quickly I weather can approach and decimate, this video from inside the dealership in Trevose Pennsylvania just as the tornado descended upon the structure is frightening.:
